"Radford Windows took photos of the door and e-mailed them to me, and explained that the seal on the door was in fact OK and did not need to be replaced. Didn't charge me a call-out fee, and returned my call quickly, even though I was out of the country at the time! Will definitely contact this company again if I have double glazing issues. Many thanks."
